Fantastic staff from the time I checked in to the moment I left. I will point out that I had a very nice hot steamy shower at like 830 am. When I was finishing I opened my bathroom door and couldn't believe I set off the smoke detector in my room. I was very impressed on how quickly the maintenance called my room first then was at my door to check in with me while in my towel faning the smoke detector lmao. Thank you for being so understanding in that matter was one I'll never forget. Just want to say job well done by everyone in the response time. Thanks I always enjoy my time at this property

The breakfast was not as good as the last time we were there. The eggs and bacon were not very warm. Breakfast was advertised to end at 9:30 am and we arrived both days at 9:00 am. Other food items were OK but the hot water for tea was lukewarm. The last time we were there the breakfast was really good and we arrived at about the same time (9 am). The room was a little cool and we couldn't get the edge off it. However we did not complain about this.

The front desk clerk was super nice. He was very joyful! We got there a bit early, I had requested early check in if possible. Our room wasn't quite ready yet, but he got us in another one 😊 The breakfast had many choices. The cheese omelettes were very good!! The room was super clean and I loved the large shower. Lots of counter space in the bathroom, they had shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower. There is also lots of free parking.

The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. A clean and comfortable place to stay with family. Breakfast was great, the lobby was comfortable, rooms big and clean, and staff super nice. The only slight comment was that the pool was on the small side but really not an issue at all. The actual pool area was clean and lovely with large windows. We have family in orillia and will be staying again for sure.

Chelsea

Location along side friendliness of staff and how quiet the space was. There was a large group of children and we didn't hear them at all, beyond general front area noise. Room size was good for what we needed. Spouse is a blast furnace so the air conditioning worked well and was a wonderful addition. Lots of parking, and if we had more time we would have used the pool.
